Business Analyst
Wave5 is a quickly growing tech startup with offices in Amsterdam and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We help our customers turn raw data into actionable information, build data and software platforms, and put together tech teams for them. With our help, the digital transformation is initiated and they can start working data-driven. We do this by fusing data, AI and software into smart applications. This is done through projects or with platform teams. To achieve the best results, we use both the latest Microsoft technologies and our own IP.

As a business analyst, you act as a specialist for our customers, you move between directors and IT specialists. You enjoy understanding processes and bottlenecks together with the customer in a short time. You are involved throughout the project and keep your finger on the pulse during the sprints.
You work with a Solution Architect on bottlenecks and guide you through the implementation of the right solutions. So problem solving skills are a must. We are not asking you to know everything; the professionals at Wave5 can help you with your further development. As a Business Analyst you do make the difference because you are able to keep an overview and, above all, anticipate what is happening or is about to happen.

What will you do?
- You have conversations with business owners
- You translate the wishes of the users into ‘techies’ language
- You are the bridge between the users and developers
- It is useful to have an analytical mind so that you can quickly understand customer processes
- You speak the language of the developer so that you can explain what the problems are and come to a solution together with a solution architect
