Wave5 is a quickly growing tech startup with offices in Amsterdam and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We help our customers turn raw data into actionable information, build data and software platforms, and put together tech teams for them. With our help, the digital transformation is initiated and they can start working data-driven. We do this by fusing data, AI and software into smart applications. This is done through projects or with platform teams. To achieve the best results, we use both the latest Microsoft technologies and our own IP.

As HR consultant & Recruiter you are very important to us. Through your coaching and advice on all HR-related processes, you ensure that our values are always adhered to and that our objectives are achieved. There is a strong focus on the entire recruitment and selection process: from the creation of the vacancy to the application and the hiring process. In addition, you will work on a project basis with all kinds of different and challenging HR issues. For this you will be given the space to devise and set up your own HR policy from start to finish. Development and growth of the organization are high on the agenda!
