We are expanding our Data & AI team with a passionate AI Agent Consultant who can help us unlock the full potential
As an AI Agent Consultant, you will design, build, and implement intelligent agent solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of data, AI, and user experience to bring copilots and AI agents to life—enhancing productivity, decision-making, and customer interaction. You will be part of a collaborative, hands-on consulting team that translates real business problems into powerful AI-driven solutions.

What do you bring with you?
- Design and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI
Foundry. - Guide clients through the full AI agent lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to
deployment and iteration. - Integrate Agents into Copilots, Teams, and other business-critical platforms.
- Collaborate with WAVE5 engineers and clients to ensure AI solutions are performant,
responsible, and secure. - Apply best practices in prompt engineering, data utilization, and responsible AI.
- Contribute to solution accelerators, templates, and reusable components for AI agent
development. - Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, LLMs, and Microsoft’s AI roadmap.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,
or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in data, AI, or automation consulting, preferably in a
Microsoft environment. - Microsoft certifications (e.g., AI-102, PL-500, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are highly
valued. - Dutch and/or English fluency required.

- Proven ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents or copilots.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing, prompt engineering, and conversational design.
- Solid understanding of data handling, API integration, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps is a plus.
- Understanding of AI governance, privacy, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with software development or DevOps environments is beneficial.
